Clinical assessments of change in therapy (English)
Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

It has been found that a large proportion of patients do not experience any positive change from psychotherapy and that about 5-10% deteriorates during treatment. There is no consensus in the field regarding what change is and what constitutes signs of positive and negative changes, nor how the therapists should relate to such signs.
